DAMET – Empowering educators through AI and microcredentials.
DAMET is a 24-months-long Erasmus+ KA2 project dedicated to strengthen the digital and pedagogical competences of adult educators through AI-based learning and microcredential recognition.
Objectives
- The project focuses on equipping educators with necessary digital skills and innovative teaching methodologies.
- It aims to create flexible upskilling and reskilling pathways and recognise competences through a micro-credentialing system.
- The initiative addresses the evolving educational needs and the lack of specialised training for adult educators.
