The Fit for the Future project continues to gain momentum, as highlighted in its second newsletter, presenting key developments that move the initiative closer to its goal: building more inclusive and sustainable VET environments.
A major milestone was the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting in Aveiro, where partners reviewed progress on Work Package 2. Discussions focused on the development of the project’s core outputs, including case studies, good practices, and interviews that explore diversity, inclusion, and regenerative approaches in real working and learning environments.
One of the most important achievements is the launch of the FitLab platform, now available online. The platform hosts a rich database of real-life examples and an innovative self-assessment tool, allowing organisations to reflect on their practices, identify biases, and strengthen inclusive strategies. These tools provide practical support to professionals, educators, and organisations aiming to adopt a systems thinking approach.
The newsletter also highlights the successful implementation of the 1st International Webinar, which brought together participants from across Europe. The event explored how systems thinking and regenerative leadership can support diversity and organisational resilience, combining expert insights with real-life practices.
Looking ahead, the project is moving into Work Package 3, focusing on the development of a training programme. This upcoming course will equip professionals with skills and tools to apply inclusive and sustainable practices in their organisations.
With strong collaboration among partners, including EMVIO, the project continues to deliver practical results with real impact.
