On 30 June and 1\u20132 July 2026, the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity of the Fit for the Future project took place in Leipzig, Germany, with the participation of employees, managers and team leaders from various\u00a0organisations\u00a0and companies from Greece, Cyprus, France, Italy, Germany and Portugal. The training activity\u00a0provided\u00a0an important opportunity to exchange knowledge, practices and experiences around sustainability, regenerative leadership,\u00a0inclusion\u00a0and\u00a0systems\u00a0thinking.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the three days, participants had the opportunity to attend and actively take part in training modules covering a wide range of topics. The training began with introductory icebreaker activities and a presentation of the Fit for the Future project, followed by sessions on the transition from sustainability to regeneration, the strategic integration of diversity, equity and inclusion, bias\u00a0awareness\u00a0and inclusive decision-making.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The second day focused on co-creating and leading transformational\u00a0change, as well as applying\u00a0systems\u00a0thinking in work and learning ecosystems. A particularly interesting part of the\u00a0programme\u00a0was the study visit to the public broadcasting\u00a0organisation\u00a0MDR, where participants met with the Equal Opportunities Officer and the\u00a0organisation\u2019s\u00a0Women\u2019s Network.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

EMVIO actively\u00a0participated\u00a0in the\u00a0programme\u00a0by delivering the module \u201cMeasuring Impact and Ensuring Continuous Regeneration\u201d.\u00a0Through this session, participants explored how\u00a0organisations\u00a0can move beyond simply recording activities and\u00a0outputs, and\u00a0instead focus on the real change they create.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

EMVIO\u2019s participation in the LTTA\u00a0represented\u00a0another\u00a0important step\u00a0in supporting\u00a0organisations\u00a0that\u00a0seek\u00a0to adopt more inclusive,\u00a0sustainable\u00a0and regenerative practices. Through collaboration, exchange of experiences and experiential learning, the Fit for the Future project continues to strengthen the skills\u00a0organisations\u00a0need\u00a0in order to\u00a0respond to the challenges of the future.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
