Hosted by the Reus Chamber of Commerce, the meeting marked the first important opportunity for the partners to meet in person and lay the foundations for their collaboration over the next three years.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">EU FOODPACT was created in response to an important European need: supporting micro and small agri-food businesses in the green and digital transition. Today, many businesses are expected to meet new sustainability requirements, yet often lack the necessary guidance, tools, and skills to do so effectively.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">During the meeting, the partners discussed the project\u2019s vision, the first implementation steps, and the ways in which EU FOODPACT will support businesses, workers, educational\u00a0organisations, and policy stakeholders.\u00a0Particular attention\u00a0was given to the\u00a0initial\u00a0mapping activities, which will help\u00a0identify\u00a0the real needs and challenges faced by the agri-food sector.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Beyond the technical discussions, the meeting also had a strong social and collaborative dimension. Partners had the opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and build a positive atmosphere of cooperation. This first face-to-face interaction was especially valuable, as a project with such ambitious goals requires trust, effective communication, and a shared direction.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">EMVIO participates in the project as the partner responsible for communication and dissemination activities, contributing to the promotion of the project\u2019s results and the engagement of relevant stakeholders.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">EU FOODPACT has started with strong momentum, collaboration, and a shared commitment to creating meaningful change within the agri-food sector.
