The\u00a0<\/span>Fit for the Future<\/span><\/i>\u00a0project continues to gain momentum, as highlighted in its second newsletter, presenting key developments that move the initiative closer to its goal: building more inclusive and sustainable VET environments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A major milestone was the\u00a0<\/span>2nd Transnational Project Meeting in Aveiro<\/span><\/b>, where partners reviewed progress on Work Package 2. Discussions focused on the development of the project\u2019s core outputs, including case studies, good practices, and interviews that explore diversity, inclusion, and regenerative approaches in real working and learning environments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most important achievements is the launch of the\u00a0<\/span>FitLab\u00a0platform<\/span><\/b>, now available online. The platform hosts a rich\u00a0<\/span>database of real-life examples<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and an innovative\u00a0<\/span>self-assessment tool<\/span><\/b>, allowing organisations to reflect on their practices,\u00a0identify\u00a0biases, and strengthen inclusive strategies. These tools provide practical support to professionals, educators, and organisations aiming to adopt a systems thinking approach.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The newsletter also highlights the successful implementation of the\u00a0<\/span>1st International Webinar<\/span><\/b>, which brought together participants from across Europe. The event explored how systems thinking and regenerative leadership can support diversity and organisational resilience, combining expert insights with real-life practices.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking ahead, the project\u00a0is moving into\u00a0<\/span>Work Package 3<\/span><\/b>, focusing on the development of a training programme. This upcoming course will equip professionals with skills and tools to apply inclusive and sustainable practices in their organisations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With strong collaboration among partners, including EMVIO, the project continues to deliver practical results with real impact.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
