The <\/span>Fit for the Future<\/span><\/b> project continues its dynamic implementation, with the project partners successfully completing the core activities of the first deliverable, which focuses on the development of an innovative self-assessment tool.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past period, the project partners worked on the basis of a shared methodological framework, which served as the foundation for all research and analytical activities. This framework ensured a common approach, consistency, and quality in data collection across different national contexts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the implemented activities, the partners carried out the systematic collection and analysis of material reflecting real practices and experiences from the fields of work and education. More specifically, case studies focusing on bias-related issues were collected, along with good practices promoting sustainability and regenerative management, as well as interviews with professionals, with particular emphasis on women in leadership positions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This material was not collected in a fragmented manner. On the contrary, it was analysed with the aim of identifying common patterns, challenges, and successful approaches that can be transferred to other organisational contexts. At the same time, the findings are being used to shape the first check-up list, which will form the core of the self-assessment tool.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The next phase focuses on the development of the tool\u2019s questions and structure, enabling it to support organisations and educational institutions in assessing leadership, systems thinking, inclusive practices, and sustainability. The objective is to create a practical and user-friendly tool that fosters reflection and leads to meaningful improvements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Fit for the Future<\/span><\/b> project has now reached its first key milestone in terms of implementation and objectives. The results achieved so far confirm the relevance of the goals set by the partner collaboration and generate strong expectations for the completion of the final deliverable in the near future. The Fit for the Future journey continues, guided by teamwork and the shared belief that the leadership of the future is built on understanding, care, and trust.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
