Representatives of organizations from seven European countries came together with a common goal: to continue the journey towards more inclusive and sustainable forms of leadership.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting was an opportunity for all partners to exchange experiences, ideas, and stories of people who lead with empathy and vision. Each presentation and discussion served as a reminder that genuine leadership is not only about strategies and results but also about how we care for the people around us.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the day, partners presented the first outcomes of the project\u2019s research phase. Particularly inspiring were the stories of leaders from various fields \u2014 education, entrepreneurship, and social action \u2014 who create positive change through their work. These personal accounts, filled with passion and authenticity, perfectly captured the project\u2019s essence: inspiring people and organizations to \u201crelearn\u201d what it means to lead.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was more than a series of presentations \u2014 it was a space for open dialogue. Partners exchanged practices, insights, and ideas on how to transform learning and work environments into spaces that empower people. In an atmosphere of collaboration and mutual respect, the group worked together on the next steps, focusing on developing resources that will help educators and professionals apply regenerative leadership principles in real-life contexts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EMVIO<\/strong> actively participated in the discussions, contributing ideas that highlighted the importance of inclusion and sustainability in both education and the workplace.
