On October 23, 2025, the second transnational meeting of the Fit for the Future project took place in beautiful Aveiro, Portugal, a city full of colour, light, and creativity. Representatives of organizations from seven European countries came together with a common goal: to continue the journey towards more inclusive and sustainable forms of leadership.<\/p>\n
This meeting was an opportunity for all partners to exchange experiences, ideas, and stories of people who lead with empathy and vision. Each presentation and discussion served as a reminder that genuine leadership is not only about strategies and results but also about how we care for the people around us.<\/p>\n
Throughout the day, partners presented the first outcomes of the project\u2019s research phase. Particularly inspiring were the stories of leaders from various fields \u2014 education, entrepreneurship, and social action \u2014 who create positive change through their work. These personal accounts, filled with passion and authenticity, perfectly captured the project\u2019s essence: inspiring people and organizations to \u201crelearn\u201d what it means to lead.<\/p>\n
