Funded by the <strong>Erasmus+ <\/strong>programme, the project focuses on enhancing <strong>inclusion, diversity and sustainability<\/strong> in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.<\/p>\n<p>F4F brings together 8 organisations from 7 European countries with a shared goal: to create a VET system that is <strong>fairer, more resilient and future-ready<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project officially launched in <strong>Bastia, France<\/strong>, during the partners\u2019 first meeting in February 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium is currently working on the core results:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>self-assessment tool<\/strong> for VET organisations.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>database of best practices<\/strong>, based on interviews with regenerative leaders.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>training programme<\/strong> focused on leadership and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>Open Educational Resources (OER) platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>awareness campaign<\/strong> on equality and systemic thinking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project targets:<br \/>\nVET staff and trainers, HR professionals, newcomers to the labour market, and people from underrepresented backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Read the full newsletter here: <a href=\"https:\/\/emvio.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/EN_F4F_1st-Newsletter.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1<sup>st<\/sup> Newsletter<\/a><br \/>\nStay tuned for more updates!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are excited to share the 1st newsletter of the Fit for the Future (F4F) project, in which our organisation proudly participates as a partner.
