Fit for the Future (F4F) is an Erasmus+ KA2 project that aims to modernise Vocational Education and Training (VET) organisations. Through systemic thinking, regenerative leadership and inclusive practices, the project seeks to empower VET organisations to provide environments that promote sustainability, justice and innovation.
What are the project’s objectives?
- Develop transformative leadership and cultivate a culture of inclusion and sustainability in VET organisations.
- Provide tools for identifying and addressing bias to ensure equal opportunities for all.
- Support VET organisations with training and materials for implementing sustainable and inclusive management methods.
- Raising awareness of the value of systemic thinking and sustainable practices in education and the workplace.
What are the Project activities?
Within the framework of F4F, innovative resources will be developed, such as a self-assessment tool, training programmes, and a rich database of examples and good practices. At the same time, online seminars, workshops and awareness-raising activities will be organised with the aim of involving all stakeholders.
With the participation of partners from France, Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Germany, the F4F project aims to bring about significant changes in the field of vocational education.
