Following the wonderful discussion with Emilia Diamantopoulou, which highlighted the human side of regenerative leadership, we continue our exploration of Fit for the Future with the voice of Charitini Maria Skoulidi, CEO and Head of International Projects at p-consulting.gr. In the first article, we highlighted how small daily actions lead to big results. Charitini shows us how structured policies and trust in the team can build sustainable change for the future.
Leadership from Within: Charitini Skoulidi Shares Her Experience at Fit for the Future
Charitini’s work focuses on building an environment where the team grows together—and together with the organization. As she points out, her journey as a leader has been shaped by mistakes and failures: “The most important things… were my mistakes and my failures… I have accepted them, and that has helped me.”
She recognizes that people are the core of an organization: “The team… without it, we couldn’t have gotten to where we are today.”
She supports autonomy, but always with a focus on quality: “I believe in the value of the team and in people’s ability to act autonomously… always with basic control.”
One of the most tangible ways in which Charitini has moved forward in practical terms is the adoption of teleworking: “…we adopted teleworking… it helped employees with families a lot… without affecting the work.”
When it comes to sustainability, she sees it as a foundation for both the organization and the environment: “We have specific policies for protecting the environment… we’re trying to get certified as a green company.”
For her, inclusion is achieved through equal opportunity policies and open dialogue: “Open dialogue… preventing it, rather than solving it.”
And her own personal experience as a woman in a management position makes her even more sensitive to issues of exclusion: “This experience helps me understand when there is prejudice… I attach great importance to prevention.”
We can effortlessly conclude that Charitini Skoulidi embodies a structured, empirically documented form of leadership—one that trusts, inspires, and promotes sustainability and peaceful empowerment. Another shining example in the Fit for the Future cycle.
