GameOver in Greece for Two Days of Training

The Joint Staff Training of the Erasmus+ project GameOver was successfully held in Nafpaktos, The training was organised by EMVIO and hosted at Kotronis Schools, bringing together educators and partners from Greece, Lithuania, Spain, and Bulgaria.

Over two days, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, explore good practices, and focus on a highly relevant topic: the prevention and early identification of problematic engagement with online games among students.

The training activity combined theoretical input with practical application. Experts in psychology presented key concepts and current approaches, while educators shared insights from everyday classroom practice. At the same time, participants were introduced to the Early Detection Instrument and practical Toolkits for students, educators, and parents, developed within the project, aiming at their direct use in school settings.

Special emphasis was placed on experiential learning through workshops and discussions that encouraged collaboration and the exchange of ideas. Participants explored ways to integrate the tools into the educational process, taking into account the needs of students, teachers, and families.

The GameOver project continues actively, aiming to support educators and contribute to a more balanced and healthy digital environment for students.
