FIT FOR THE FUTURE

SUMMARY:

Fit for the Future (F4F) is a 30-month-long Erasmus+ KA2 project dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability within Vocational Education and Training (VET). By embedding systemic thinking and regenerative leadership into VET institutions, the project aims to foster innovative, inclusive, and sustainable work and study environments.

AIM:

FIT FOR THE FUTURE aims at fostering regenerative leadership, sustainability, and inclusion within Vocational Education and Training (VET) organizations. It promotes future-ready leadership, emphasizing sustainability and systemic thinking while ensuring diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning and work environments.
To support this, the project provides practical tools and resources, including a self-assessment tool and training programs, helping VET leaders and staff implement inclusive and sustainable practices.
