On 30 June and 1–2 July 2026, the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity of the Fit for the Future project took place in Leipzig, Germany, with the participation of employees, managers and team leaders from various organisations and companies from Greece, Cyprus, France, Italy, Germany and Portugal. The training activity provided an important opportunity to exchange knowledge, practices and experiences around sustainability, regenerative leadership, inclusion and systems thinking.
During the three days, participants had the opportunity to attend and actively take part in training modules covering a wide range of topics. The training began with introductory icebreaker activities and a presentation of the Fit for the Future project, followed by sessions on the transition from sustainability to regeneration, the strategic integration of diversity, equity and inclusion, bias awareness and inclusive decision-making.
The second day focused on co-creating and leading transformational change, as well as applying systems thinking in work and learning ecosystems. A particularly interesting part of the programme was the study visit to the public broadcasting organisation MDR, where participants met with the Equal Opportunities Officer and the organisation’s Women’s Network.
EMVIO actively participated in the programme by delivering the module “Measuring Impact and Ensuring Continuous Regeneration”. Through this session, participants explored how organisations can move beyond simply recording activities and outputs, and instead focus on the real change they create.
EMVIO’s participation in the LTTA represented another important step in supporting organisations that seek to adopt more inclusive, sustainable and regenerative practices. Through collaboration, exchange of experiences and experiential learning, the Fit for the Future project continues to strengthen the skills organisations need in order to respond to the challenges of the future.
