We are excited to share the 1st newsletter of the Fit for the Future (F4F) project, in which our organisation proudly participates as a partner. Funded by the Erasmus+ programme, the project focuses on enhancing inclusion, diversity and sustainability in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
F4F brings together 8 organisations from 7 European countries with a shared goal: to create a VET system that is fairer, more resilient and future-ready.
The project officially launched in Bastia, France, during the partners’ first meeting in February 2025.
The consortium is currently working on the core results:
- A self-assessment tool for VET organisations.
- A database of best practices, based on interviews with regenerative leaders.
- A training programme focused on leadership and inclusion.
- An Open Educational Resources (OER) platform.
- An awareness campaign on equality and systemic thinking.
The project targets:
VET staff and trainers, HR professionals, newcomers to the labour market, and people from underrepresented backgrounds.
